There is excellent shopping in the nearby town of Fakenham or quality restaurants and pubs can be found locally.

Nearby are golf courses at Brancaster, Hunstanton and Fakenham and Nature reserves at Holme, Titchwell and Cley also good sailing can be enjoyed at Brancaster, Blakeney and Burnham Overy Staithe, along with some breath taking country and coastal walks.

Grove farm barn is a character barn conversion, which has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, making it ideal for a holiday at any time of the year.

Plentiful parking space.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome (by prior arrangement). The first dog is free but for subsequent dogs there will be a charge of £10 per dog. Sorry, no Puppies. All dogs have to be 18 months or older to stay at the barn.

Unfortunately we have a non-smoking policy in the barn.

Grove farm barns has been awarded a 5 star rating by the English Heritage board under the category for self catering holiday homes.
